Service and location were absolutely fantastic. Breakfast spread was amazing. Staff was courteous. Rooms could be a bit better as the sheets were a bit dirty and even some of the restaurants seat were quite dirty. But overall a very pleasant experience

I stayed in this hotel for three nights with my family.The hotel is in the centre of the city and in close proximity to the Golden Temple. The staff of the hotel is very helpful and they give you a warm welcome. The food here is tasty as well. We had some issue in one of the rooms out of two on the first day but the hotel staff immediately addressed it and we were shifted to a better room. Also, our flight was cancelled due to severe fog so we had to extend our stay by one day and the hotel staff and Mr Mohit sharma helped us in very possible way.

The staff was helpful, rooms were spacious and very well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast and dinner served were also delicious with various options. Great stay!

I stayed in this hotel with my family. I love this place Everything is great and the loaction of hotel is near golden temple ,food is awsome, staff is also polite toward us I have great time in that hotel and they arrange dining in rooftop for us it was grear
